Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Who we are

Sesen (“we”, “us”, “our”) is based in England, operating the radio intelligence platform at sesen.io. By accessing or using Sesen, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What Sesen provides

Sesen provides analysis and intelligence derived from UK commercial radio broadcasts, including topic breakdowns, host analysis, advertising data, and news bulletin tracking. Our data is intended for research, journalistic, and commercial intelligence purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our data, but we cannot guarantee that all analysis is free from error. You should not rely solely on Sesen data for critical decisions without independent verification.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish Sesen data without our written permission
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any part of the service

5. Intellectual property

The analysis, summaries, and derived data produced by Sesen are our intellectual property. Source broadcast content remains the property of the respective broadcasters. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights over broadcast content itself.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription terms and pricing will be published when paid plans are introduced. We will notify registered users in advance of any changes to pricing or subscription terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sesen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
